At Tandy Leather, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and were purchased within the last 60 days; please note that cut yardage and personalized stamps are final sale.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original sales receipt or packing slip to include with your return, as this is required to process your refund to the original payment method.

• 3.
  Choose Return Method

  Bring your items to any local Tandy Leather retail store for an immediate exchange, or contact our customer service team to receive a Return Authorization number for mail-in returns.

• 4.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items with the receipt and Return Authorization number, then ship the package via a trackable carrier to our central distribution warehouse.
